On Wednesday, I was listening to The Clay Travis/ Buck Sexton Radio Show. At the end of the show, I heard the extremely troubling news that Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk had been shot. Later, I heard that he had died., and like most Americans, became overwhelmed with anger, shock and sadness.
I am going to end this blogpost here for now. Many people have already honored him, and I just want to end this post with some comforting words I heard from radio host Glenn Beck, who quoted Soren Kierkegaard. He said:
''When a tyrant dies, his reign ends. When a martyr dies, his reign begins.''
