Hello, this is Ted Koppel, and this is RedSquirrel's Twitter Account Hostage Crisis day 36.
36 days ago, Joe Deal ( a blogger known to his readers as 'RedSquirrel') was suspended for violating Twitter's 'code of conduct.' It appears they saw one of his tweets as 'hateful.'
To this grizzled journalist, it is not any worse than thousands and thousands of vitriolic, disgusting, hate-filled tweets tweeted by leftist tweepists EVERY HOUR OF EVERY DAY. Much of Twitter is a cesspool of insults.
In fact, the offending tweet seemed to be more 'snarky' than hateful.
Last week, conservative businessman and Republican political contributor David Koch passed away.
Within minutes of his death, unhinged, psychotic leftist bullies took to Twitter, and engaged in a massive avalanche of real hate.Usually most of the hate on Twitter is reserved for conservatives because they have been effective in combating the left.
I'm sure that none of these anti-David Koch leftists were suspended by the Hate Police at Twitter.
36 days ago, Mr. Deal suggested that a 'well-placed torpedo would wipe the smiles of the faces of Muslim migrants sailing to Europe.' In my mind, this is comedy. not hate.
A person with his or her head screwed on straight knows this. If the creators of Bugs Bunny or Wile Coyote tried to describe their cartoons, would they wind up in 'Twitter jail' too?
These Muslim migrants are the real haters. Many of them are raping Sweden out of existence and establishing no-go zones inside the capitols of Europe. They throw homosexuals out of windows and abuse women and call it 'morality.' What in God's name is wrong with Jack Dorsey and the people running Twitter?
We don't know if Twitter will ever lift Joe Deal's suspension. This is Ted Koppel. Goodnight, America.
