Timmy The Tyrant Says: Duck And Cover Your Face, Kids!

In the 1950's America waged a cold war against the Russian Communists, and we lived with the constant threat of thermonuclear war. The government produced civil defense films starring Bert The Turtle.

Bert urged school kids to duck and cover under their desk if a nuclear bomb was dropped outside their school. Looking back, we think it's silly to believe that a window and a desk will protect you from nuclear annihilation.

Now, we have idiot tyrant Democrat governors like Minnesota's Tim Walz issuing 'peacetime dictates' based on faulty Covid 19 models. You have to wear a mask to go shopping, and you're not allowed to attend church, but you can VANDALIZE THE CHURCH....as long as you comply with an tyrant's edict and wear the mask!

Along with this grotesque violation of our rights, the government guilts you into compliance. You have to wear a mask. You don't want anyone to die because you were too selfish to wear the mask. Over 99% of Americans don't contract this virus, and over 99% who contract the virus either recover or barely even notice they had it.

Leftists from CNN and MSNBC breathlessly harp about the COVID 19 DEATH COUNT. They keep telling us that hundreds of thousands of Americans have died from Covid 19. The Center for Disease Control quietly admitted that under 10,000 Americans have actually died from the disease, and most Covid 19 deaths are of residents in nursing homes and people with comorbidities.

Almost 200,000 Americans have died WITH the virus, but the virus wasn't the cause of their death. The government were counting people killed in car crashes, heart attacks, and cancer as Covid 19 deaths.

If I were advising Timmy the Tyrant (I doubt he'd listen to little 'ole me), I'd tell him to loosen up the mask mandate, and then I'd advise him to produce fun civil defense-styled films. Timmy the Tyrant could become Timmy the Turtle. He'd advise kids to wear a mask to fight Covid 19, but there would be no actual mandate.

Also, Timmy the Turtle cartoons could be based on real, honest Covid 19 models. The truth is, under 1% of Americans are ever infected with Covid, and over 99% of those who contact it recover from it or never even knew they had it without being tested for it.

I'd like to think that Timmy the Turtle would base Covid policy on the truth.
